On the Bookshelf
The bookshelf is an ever expanding list of books that we are currently reading and reviewing. The reviews may come in one single summary or it may be spread out over time as the book is read. Questions will be attached here for your download and involvement if you choose. A space in the forum is allocated to the Book Shelf where you can post your responses or questions or recommend a book for review.
The current Book Shelf contains three books, Kindred by Octavia Butler, Our Mothers, Our Powers, Our Texts by Teresa Washington and a reread of the book Race First--Philosophy of Marcus Garvey by Tony Martin.

Questions from Our Mothers, Our Powers, Our Texts
These questions can also be found on the Ning network at OseTura and there is a discussion there also. To get into that forum you must be referred so if I know you, you can drop me an e-mail so that I can let the site owner know that I am referring you. Otherwise, the questions can be obtained by completing this form and I will mail it out to you immediately. Currently there are questions for the introduction and Chapter One. As they are developed other chapter questions will become available, so make sure that you check the box on the request form to be automatically placed on the mailing list. You may then go to the forum and post your responses, questions, thoughts, dialogue.

The work presented here is the graphic art of Ìyá Awo Onífá Omitadé Ifátóósìn. The computer wall papers are sized 1280x800 pixels. I have created them for your enjoyment and increased knowledge of our history and culture. And they are offered free. To download a wallpaper, read the Terms of Use.

These scrap pages are four by six inches and are designed as quick pages, suitable for framing. A quick page is already assembled and all you do is add your photo and print, send via e-mail or use as an e-mail stationary. All instructions for the use of quick pages will be found at the site. Larger or smaller sizes of the quick page are availiable on request.
